VOTED AGAINST:
• Adding hotels to the middle of town
• Lowering the 5/1 (food/beer) ratio for restaurants which would bring more bar-like places (dive bars) to the city
• Lowering the 20 acre minimum in RM-8 zoning to 10 acres, allowing multiple pockets of multi-family (townhomes/apartments/condos) all over the city
• Minimum 10,000 ft2 lot w/15,000 ft2 average lot size for single family residential
• Extending the noise ordinance by 1 hour, from 9 pm to 10 pm
• Zoning regulation changes to reduce 20 acre minimum to 5 acres for multi-family (townhomes/apartments/condos), in order to create a downtown area

**Note: I have said “no” to several developers who have proposed multi-family projects, and a rental community within District 4 over the past three years.
